2017 Ford Escape’s Features High-tech Efficiency

The 2017 Ford Escape arrives this year with some significant updates. Most notably, it has revised styling inside and out along with a new 1.5-liter engine and an available updated 2.0-liter engine. Owners will also appreciate the addition of the FordPass with Sync Connect ownership app.

With its advanced technology, great driving feel, and spacious interior, the Ford Escape’s features are sure to please a wide range of modern buyers. There are three trim levels to choose from: S, SE, and Titanium.

On the S trim, the Escape comes with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 168 horsepower and 170 lb-ft of torque. Standard features include automatic headlights, the MyKey system, a rearview camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and a Sync system.

Step up to the SE trim and it includes a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine rated at 179 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque, dual-zone automatic climate control, steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters, satellite radio. On this trim, there is an available 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine along with roof rails, rear parking sensors, and an advanced Sync 3 system.

On the top Titanium trim, buyers will get a foot-activated liftgate, keyless ignition, ambient interior lighting, a 10-speaker Sony audio system, and more.
