Ford’s F-Series has won numerous awards in the 2015 model year alone. By numerous, we mean far too many to name in this article. The F-Series most recently earned Ford the title of Best Overall Truck Brand in the Kelley Blue Book Brand Image Awards.
KBB’s Brand Image Awards are determined using a Brand Watch study, which assesses the preferences of new-car shoppers as expressed via their research on KBB.com.
The Best Overall Truck Brand has been announced annually for the past seven years, and Ford has won the title for six of them. The award was named earlier this month when the New York International Auto Show began.
Upon Ford winning the award, editors at KBB.com stated, “The Ford F-150 has been the best-selling vehicle in the country for more than 30 years, so the fact that KBB.com visitors would name it the Best Overall Truck Brand isn’t surprising. But Ford isn’t taking its fortunes for granted. The boldly recast 2015 Ford F-150 boasts aluminum-intensive architecture that saves as much as 700 pounds and delivers a subsequent increase in fuel economy.”
Along with the groundbreaking new technology we find in the all-new F-150, the Super Duty F-250 and F-350 trucks helped Ford maintain its position as the best truck brand in the industry.
It is a title we at Paul Obaugh Ford do not take lightly. It is our goal to provide our customers with the best and we are proud of the confirmation from KBB and new-vehicle shoppers that we are doing just that.
