Ford Motor Company is fully embracing its new Go Further campaign.
With such rapid new product progression, the automaker would like to Go Further by expanding its IT, Manufacturing, and Product Development departments.
Thus, Ford has decided to Go Further by declaring a plan to hire 2,200 salaried employees in the upcoming year, marking the largest spike in over ten years.
And, to piggyback off of that, Ford Motor Company has certainly attempted to Go Further in its recruiting strategy to fill those newly-created jobs.
The doors of the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) opened this past weekend in Detroit Michigan.
Upon visiting the Ford display, to see cars is expected and desired.
However, Ford Motor Company decided to Go Further than cars by adding something else to the display this year.
Ford recruiters will remain at the display through January 27, 2013.
Although not accepting resumes on-site, recruiters will be available to answer any questions and will encourage job seekers to apply online at www.careers.ford.com.
With an expansion of social media through Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn as well, Ford Motor Company also encourages job seekers to connect online for job seeking tips and new job postings.
