New spy shots are hinting at several cosmetic upgrades for the upcoming 2015 Ford C-MAX. Initial appearances suggest a revised front fascia with slimmer headlamps and a more Aston Martin-style grille, which has been a favorite among Ford designs of late.
This seems to be in line with some of the exterior design tweaks the Ford Focus received for the 2015 model year. From the look of it, there’s also a new bumper with redesigned taillamps in the back. Additionally, we think it likely that Ford has spruced up the interior, though we’ll have to wait for more spy shots before we can confirm that.
Under the hood, we expect Ford will be tuning the powertrain to better reflect the mileage figures it had originally intended for the current model. Although an error had caused the C-MAX’s fuel economy ratings to be inaccurate at launch, which have since been adjusted, we haven’t noticed any drop in interest for the car at Paul Obaugh Ford.
