The SEMA 2012 auto show is quickly coming upon us, and with this show automakers create some of the most flashy, dazzling versions of their cars. Ford is sticking to that same plan by debuting five of its new model of the Ford Focus, the Focus ST. The will be showing off five of the most over-the-top Ford Focus ST designs that they could come up with to highlight the superb performance nature of Ford’s new hatchback.
We have a few details on each of the five vehicles and you’ll be getting them well in advance of the show in Las Vegas.
The first 2013 Ford Focus ST is designed by X Games driver Tanner Foust and his racing company appropriately named Tanner Foust Racing. Foust wanted his Focus ST to be a vehicle that could get you to and from work, but also put up at the tracks. Some parts that have been confirmed are a body kit, MagnaFlow exhaust system, and fully adjustable front and rear suspensions.
The next is a 2013 Ford Focus ST designed by Bojix Design. The main design point on this model that stands out is its bright orange paint, black hood and roof, and low riding stance. Confirmed parts are upgraded brakes and coil-over springs.
The third 2013 Ford Focus ST is designed by M&J Enterprises who teamed up with Ford, Cosworth LLC, to create the ultimate performance machine. A Ford Racing engine and suspension upgrades give this monster over 330 Horsepower.
The fourth 2013 Ford Focus ST was drawn up by Galpin Auto Sports who is known for their spectacular designs has put up a ST that will roll on bright green wheels, and has a rally car feel. Galpin also gave this a methanol injection system and larger brakes to tag along with the body kit, claiming that this Focus ST is rally ready.
The last 2013 Ford Focus ST is created by Steeda Autosports and has equipped it with its own “G-Trac” suspension as well as Brembo brakes and custom 19-inch wheels and tires.
